• Order validation constitutes acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Article 4 – Payment

• Payment is made online via Stripe.

• Accepted payment methods are major credit cards.

• Payments are secured.

Article 5 – Duration and Renewal

• Subscriptions are automatically renewed unless canceled.

• The user may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal

• In accordance with the law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to fully delivered services upon purchase (digital content).

Article 7 – Termination and Suspension

• CHARIOT may suspend access in case of non-payment or violation of the Terms of Use.

• In case of termination, data may be deleted after a period.
